Women Empowerment

We support activists advancing women’s rights and that of minority groups and enhance the capacity of women and girls through our SHE-Vocational Education and Training- SHE-VET, Leadership, Technology and Entrepreneurship.

Our campaign is to support and equip 1,200 human rights defenders to continue to advocate the advancement of women’s fundamental human rights while we promote basic rights, women’s economic independence is vital as such we endeavor to equip 100,000 women and girls in Ghana every 5years with Vocational Education and Training, Technology, leadership and Entrepreneurship. In the long term, W3 initiative shall support 1,000,000 women and girls through its SHE-VET program across Africa to become Financially stable and have a voice in political economic and social decision making.

Training Women Campaign​

This campaign is to empower the next generation of African women to be economically independent, break barriers and change the narrative. The goal of the project is to empower the women within our communities to discover their potentials within an emerging economy and to train, develop and equip them with the requisite attitude, skills, knowledge and competencies required to harness their leadership potentials and to help them become functional within society.
